Furthermore, the User certifies their legal entitlement to use the Website and assumes full responsibility for its selection and utilization. This Agreement is nullified where prohibited by law, and access to the Website is revoked accordingly in such jurisdictions.

Silber Consulting retains the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time.
It is the User's responsibility to review and become acquainted with any such modifications. Continued usage of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
3. Payments and Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Silber Consulting may retain User credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies Silber Consulting otherwise via email to [email protected].
By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms their legal entitlement to use the chosen means of payment and, in the case of card payments, affirms that they are either the cardholder or possess explicit permission from the cardholder to use the card for payment purposes.
Silber Consulting reserves the right to decline to process any transaction or refuse Service to any individual at any time at its sole discretion. Silber Consulting assumes no liability to the User or any third party for refusing or suspending any transaction post-commencement of processing.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in Euros. The User is responsible for all associated fees, payments, and applicable taxes concerning our Website and Services.
4. Online Payment Security

Please note that our Products and Services operate under a no-refund policy.
Once enrolled in any of our courses, subscriptions, and/or 1:1 coaching with Victoria Silber, refunds are not granted. All sales are final.
6. Copyright Protection Notice
1. All content, including but not limited to photographs, texts, graphics, and logos, available on the Website, is either owned by Silber Consulting or used by Silber Consulting with the permission of relevant third-party copyright holders.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, said provision will be disregarded, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Silber Consulting reserves the right to assign this Agreement at its sole discretion upon providing notice to you.
Headings are solely for reference purposes and do not limit the scope or extent of any section. Our failure to act regarding a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act in response to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee action against all breaches of this Agreement.
